Sandy Blue is a charming one-story home boasting an open floor plan which includes 4 bedrooms, 2 comfortable living rooms, and 3 full bathrooms located in the beautiful WindMark Beach community overlooking one of many community ponds in the backyard! *WindMark Beach community is currently still actively developing with ongoing construction on new houses. Please be mindful of construction workers and equipment that may be down the street or within close proximity of the property.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home EXCEPT for the locked owner’s closets, which are located in the hallway by the entrance door and in the main kitchen. Please do not tamper with these doors. Main beach access by the boardwalk at the community WindMark Village Center located on Goodmorning Street. WindMark Beach offers guests numerous luxury amenities and features including all year-round resort community pool (heated during winter months) with plenty of lounge chairs (code access will be provided), access to a second resort style pool with ocean view, easy beach access off of the boardwalk only a short walk from the house, a community playground, fitness center (days passes additional charge), and free parking. A nature trail over 2 miles is perfect for running, biking, and walking, in addition to several beach access points with boardwalks along 3.5 miles of beautiful white sand.
